This artisan vegan & gluten-free focaccia loaf from the House of Gourmestan is made entirely from Sohorgum flour, rice flour, rock salt, herbs, rosemary, oregano, bell peppers, tomatoes, olives, olive oil, dehydrated sourdough. No additive yeast, no nasties! And yes, it's Jain too.
