    Shipping & Delivery

    All orders placed on www.yodeli.in are shipped from our facility in Mumbai by our in-house delivery team & partner last mile logistics services.

    Delivery at times may get delayed beyond the 1-2 days of normal timeline depending on the availability of fresh produce and just in time baked products

    For any complaints with regards to your order (missing items, quality, delivery) please contact customer care within 24 hours of your order delivery for resolution, we will not be liable for any complaint later than that.

    Shipping Charges

    We ship products across Mumbai. There is no minimum value for placing the order. Below are the shipping charges as per the order size.

    For orders up to Rs. 500: Delivery charge of Rs. 75

    For orders between Rs. 501 to Rs. 1000: Delivery charge of Rs. 49

    For order above Rs.1000: Delivery charge of Rs. 40

    Payment Options

    yodeli accepts all major credit & debit cards, UPI, wallets etc. all payments are to be made via the online payment methods only.

    Pricing Policy

    All product prices listed are current, however these are subject to change without advance notice and are listed in Indian Rupees. All orders are acknowledged at the pricing mentioned at the time of placing the order, any future price change will not be levied or liable on orders placed.

    Cancellation Policy

    Order once placed cannot be cancelled. 

    If the address given is not in our delivery list of areas or incase of any other unforeseen circumstances, we may cancel the order. Please note: If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. 

    Quality Assurance Policy

    We have 100% Quality Assurance policy. Customers can raise the issue to our customer delight team at 78-794-69569 within 24 hours of receiving the product in case they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. As per customer’s choice, we will redeliver the replacement product or refund the entire amount in your wallet which you can use for the subsequent purchases on the platform.
