These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website www.yodeli.in and the services provided by yodeli, a brand owned and operated by Hypertail Private Limited, based in Mumbai, India.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders placed on www.yodeli.in are shipped from our Mumbai facility through our in-house delivery team and trusted last-mile logistics partners.
We strive to deliver within 1–2 business days; however, delays may occasionally occur due to the availability of fresh produce or the nature of just-in-time baked items.
For any concerns related to delivery, missing items, or product quality, please contact our customer care team within 24 hours of receiving your order. Complaints raised after this period may not be eligible for resolution.
Shipping Charges
We currently deliver across Mumbai. There is no minimum order value required. Shipping charges are as follows:

Orders up to ₹500: Delivery charge of ₹75

Orders between ₹501 and ₹1000: Delivery charge of ₹49
-
Orders above ₹1000: Delivery charge of ₹40

Note: We only support prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery is not available.
Pricing Policy
All product prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are subject to change without prior notice.
Orders are billed at the price displayed at the time of checkout. Any subsequent price changes will not affect already placed orders.
Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled by the customer.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

The delivery address falls outside our serviceable areas, or

There are unforeseen operational constraints, or

We suspect any fraudulent or suspicious activity.
Quality Assurance Policy
We follow a strict 100% Quality Assurance Policy. If you are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of a product, please contact our Customer Delight team within 24 hours of delivery at +91 78-794-69569.
Subject to verification, we will offer either:

A replacement product (re-delivered), or
-
A full refund credited to your Yodeli wallet for future purchases.
